Sale of residential properties and buildings (apartments, buildings, estates): 6% incl. tax.

• Land up to 1 000 000 €: 10% incl. tax — above 1 000 000 €: 8% incl. tax.
• Business goodwill: 9% incl. tax — Hotels: 5% incl. tax.
• Furnished seasonal rentals (with administration, on the gross rent): 20% incl. tax.
• Property management: minimum flat fee of 1 200 € incl. tax.
• Valuation: free of charge.

Fees payable by the seller, unless otherwise indicated on each property listing. A mandate is mandatory.

Decree no. 72-678 of 20 July 1972 – Article 72: "The holder of the professional licence bearing the mention 'Transactions on properties and business goodwill' may not negotiate or make commitments in connection with the operations specified in article 1 (paragraphs 1 to 5) of the aforementioned law of 2 January 1970 without holding a written mandate previously issued for that purpose by one of the parties."
